Our director Paul Dunne has completed hundreds of property deals across the world of all different monetary values and has vast experience in putting together a property deal not just for himself and his only portfolio, but also for his valuable clients.

He has personally handpicked his staff to work alongside him and has drilled in the ethos of the company into everybody that works as part of the team.

Our small team of property professionals work with an ethos that is always to help the clients achieve their goals, find the correct property for them, at the right price, fully transparent from start to finish and to help the client to the best of our ability in all areas of the transaction.

We receive for our professionalism a 5% fee of the purchase price for our involvement which is standard for Spain and every agent.
